Prints
Prints are packaged in heavy weight mailing tubes and delivered via Registered Australia Post within Australia and International Registered Post. Prints will be delivered between 10 - 15 days as I have a weekly print run. All delivery times are approximate.
Original Canvas Paintings
My paintings are delivered by Interparcel, a very reputable shipping agent who ship Australia wide and internationally, they use the services of TNT Road Express for within Australia, and UPS Express for international destinations. For larger paintings, any additional shipping charges will be invoiced separately and confirmed before any painting is commenced.
All prints and paintings are fully packaged and insured during transport for security and protection. Please note that artworks are painted to order and will be completed within 2 weeks of receiving cleared funds, allow up to 5 - 7 days for receipt within Australia and between 5 - 10 days for international orders.
Returns Policy
I would like you to be happy with your purchase, but realise that paintings/prints don't always look like they do on the screen - if for any reason you are unhappy and wish to return your purchase, please return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund - but please note the painting/print must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as delivered and buyers pay the return postage.
